Answers to what clinics most often ask
Do I need a card to start the free trial?
No. You may sign up and use Curadents for 90 days without entering any card details.
What happens when the trial ends?
From 10 days before the end of your trial, Curadents will remind you each day how many days remain and invite you to add a card. If a card has been added, your subscription continues without interruption at PKR 10,000 per clinic per month. If no card has been added by the end of the trial, your records remain safe and Curadents reopens as soon as one is added.
What does the monthly price include?
Everything on this page: appointments, patient records, charting, prescriptions, billing, lab work, stock, reports and the patient app, for every member of staff at that clinic. There is no charge per user.
Are the AI features included?
AI features, such as the assisted reading of X-rays, become available once your clinic is on the monthly plan. They use tokens, which are purchased separately and only if you wish to use them. The monthly price does not include AI tokens.
We have more than one clinic. How does that work?
One account covers all of your clinics, each with its own staff, schedule and reports. The price is PKR 10,000 for each clinic per month.
Who owns our patient records?
Your clinic does. Curadents keeps the records of each clinic group separate from every other, and its own staff cannot open your patients’ clinical records.
