Terms of service
Last updated 11 October 2026
These terms are the agreement between Wellnex Systems (Private) Limited (“Curadents”, “we”) and the clinic, dentist or company that signs up to use Curadents (“the clinic”, “you”). By signing up, or by using Curadents, you agree to them. If you sign up for a company, you confirm that you may agree on its behalf.
1. The service
Curadents is a system for running a dental practice: appointments, patient records and charting, prescriptions, billing, lab work, stock and reports, with an app for your patients and your dentists. We may improve or change parts of it from time to time. We will not remove something you rely on without telling you in advance.
2. Signing up, and checking who you are
- You give us true details about yourself and your clinic, including your CNIC or NTN.
- We check that number against the Federal Board of Revenue’s Active Taxpayer List. Most clinics are approved within minutes; the rest are reviewed by our staff. We may decline or end an account whose details we cannot verify.
- You are responsible for everyone you invite to your account, and for keeping passwords and sign-in codes private. Please tell us at once if you believe someone has used your account without permission.
3. Free trial and price
- Your first 90 days are free, with no card required.
- After the trial, Curadents costs PKR 10,000 per clinic per month, payable in advance: the invoice for a month is raised during the month before, and is to be paid before that month begins. Prices do not include any sales tax that applies, which is added to your invoice.
- Every member of staff at a clinic is included in that price.
- If we change the price, we will tell you at least 30 days before the change takes effect.
- If an invoice is not paid, we will remind you. An account that remains unpaid may be limited to reading records, and later suspended, until it is paid. Your records are kept during that time.
4. AI features and tokens
- AI features, such as the assisted reading of X-rays and writing out a voice note, are optional. They run on tokens that you buy separately, at USD 5.00 per 100,000 tokens, and are switched on by the clinic’s owner after agreeing to the charges shown.
- Tokens are charged only when a result is returned. Tokens that have been used are not refunded.
- An AI reading is a suggestion to assist a dentist. It is not a diagnosis. The dentist remains responsible for every clinical decision.
- An X-ray is sent for an AI reading only when the patient has agreed. You must not ask for a reading without that agreement.
5. Your records, and your patients’ information
- Your records are yours. You decide what is recorded about your patients, and you are responsible for it. We hold it on your behalf and use it only to provide the service to you and to your patients.
- You are responsible for having the right to record and use your patients’ information, for obtaining any consent the law or your profession requires, and for keeping records for as long as you are required to.
- We keep each clinic group’s records apart from every other’s, encrypt information in transit, and log access. How we handle personal information is set out in our privacy policy.
- Our staff cannot open a patient’s dental record. To answer a request for help, they may look a patient up by name to find which clinic holds the record; each look-up is logged.
- You may ask for a copy of your records at any time.
6. Using Curadents properly
You agree not to:
- use Curadents for anything unlawful, or to record information you have no right to hold;
- send patients messages they have not agreed to receive;
- try to reach another clinic’s records, or to get around the limits of your role;
- disrupt the service, test its security without our written agreement, or copy or resell it.
7. Clinical responsibility
Curadents is a tool for keeping records and running a clinic. It does not give medical or dental advice. Alerts, lists of medicines, suggested appointment lengths and AI readings are aids; the dentist remains responsible for diagnosis, treatment, prescriptions and the accuracy of what is recorded.
8. Availability and backups
We work to keep Curadents available at all times and take regular backups. We cannot promise that it will never be interrupted, for example during maintenance or because of a fault outside our control. We will tell you in advance of planned maintenance where we can.
9. Ending the agreement
- You may stop using Curadents at any time by writing to us. Charges already invoiced for the current month remain payable.
- We may suspend or end an account that breaks these terms, remains unpaid, or cannot be verified. Where the matter can be put right, we will tell you first and give you a reasonable time to do so.
- When an account ends, we will give you a copy of your records on request. We keep them available for that purpose for at least 90 days after the account ends, and then remove them, except where the law requires us to keep something longer.
10. Our responsibility to you
- We will provide the service with reasonable skill and care.
- We are not responsible for clinical decisions, for information entered incorrectly, or for losses caused by events outside our reasonable control.
- To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you in any twelve months is limited to the amount you paid us for Curadents in those twelve months, and we are not liable for loss of profit or indirect loss.
- Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
11. Changes to these terms
If we change these terms, we will publish the new version on this page with its date, and tell clinic owners by email at least 30 days before a change that affects their rights or what they pay.
12. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. The courts of Karachi have jurisdiction over any dispute about them.
